Office Manager - LPB

Department: Manager
Location: Austin, TX

Role and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating all functions needed in the office in order to meet the stated missions and goals and objectives of the company.

Employees may be cross-trained in other:

  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
  • Experience in recruiting and staffing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office and SWBC.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Process payroll for all shops facilitated with Limon’s Road Service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, four to six years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with office equipment. 

Knowkedge with a Paint and Body environment

Work Environment

This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive movements in wrists and arms on a frequent basis. Office environment with exposure to warehouse environment. Moderate noise level.
